Today Di and I went to a high tree ropes course called Go Ape (check out www.goape.co.uk). It was so much fun, it’s a series of rope obstacle courses set up about 8 metres into trees..
some parts of it is quite scary but that just made it more fun. Di conquered her fear of heights and was swinging like Jane (go clinchy), of course I got to be Tarzan, but I preferred to be Robin Hood.
I felt like Kevin Kostner flying through the trees. It ended with a 200 metre flying fox, starting about 12 metres up in the trees… awesome…
We had photos of this event taken by another person on the course, but he is yet to email them to us. So here’s some photos from their website.
